Sericulturists

Eligibility

• Good sericulturist are selected from the Mysore/Bivoltine seed area/ cluster and Bivoltine cross breed cultivators having their own Mulberry plantation with irrigation facility. At present one sericulturist can be given facility for up to a maximum of one acre.
• Geo-tagging about the implementation of the program should be done under Bhuvan RKVY app

Documents to be submitted

• Mysore/Bivoltine seed area/ cluster and Bivoltine cross breed cultivators should get certification/recommendation for approval from Sericulture Demonstrator/Extension officer regarding trenching and mulching in their Mulberry Plantation
• A copy of inspection by officers in the prescribed format regarding trenching and mulching
• Agreement on stamp paper of Rs.50/- on continuing sericulture for at least the next five years by Sericulturist
• Certifying by taking photographs before, during and after trenching and mulching
