Arrangements will be made to create units with marketing system by imparting necessary entrepreneurship training/vocational skill training to unemployed persons from Scheduled Caste to start and profitably run various self-employment units.
To provide necessary technical and financial support to start up retail outlets with franchise/dealership system in collaboration with well marketed government and private branded organisations to make them successful entrepreneurs.

Should be a resident of Karnataka State.
Applicants should be above 21 to 50 years of age.
The annual income of the applicant’s family should be within the limit of Rs.5,00,000/-.
If the applicant/ dependent member of the family has previously received a benefit above Rs.1,00,000/- from the Corporation/Government, such beneficiary shall not be eligible for this benefit.
The applicant must have the necessary space to set up the unit.
