Financial assistance to the families of farmers in case of death of the farmer residing in the areas of Agricultural P roduce Marketing Committees or disability due to an accident while engaged in agricultural activities on agricultural land and in agricultural produce marketing activities in the premises, sub-market yards and market sub-yards of agricultural produce market committees.
In case of death of Farmers during cultivation activities a relief fund of Rs.1 lakh and Rs.10,000/- to Rs.50,000/- for handicapped under Raitha Sanjeevini Scheme

State Farmers or family members aged between 15-60, in case of death or disability will be eligible under this scheme.
Eligibility
In case of death of farmers while ploughing, sowing, weeding, applying manure to the crops, applying medicines, harvesting, stacking and threshing the produce in the field, while loading the produce into carts, lorries, tractors, etc., or death due to accidents occured while transporting lake manure,Cattle manure/ green leaf manure, soil-sand, forest-leafy vegetables / equipment required for ploughing and seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, etc., which are supplied to maintain the soil while engaged in agriculture, being transported from house to field, from field to house from the place of receiving such materials from house to house to the field, and on the way back / death while irrigating the lands / or bathing after work too.
Accidents occured due to fall from trees, while engaged in agricultural activities or while collecting or transporting various materials for soil fertility test.
Death incurred While engaged in marketing activities of agricultural produce in the main market yard, sub-market yard and market sub-yard. While digging wells, tube wells for agriculture and in connection with the use of electricity or other equipment When assembling. Ex:- : by bites, trampling, kicking or attacking by snakes, other venomous creatures and other animals while operating in an agricultural field.
Incidents occured While looking after the grazing cattles or selling them in the markets.
(q) Accidents while transporting cattle to markets or markets for sale and while selling or buying cattle and returning home after purchasing and supplying food and water to the cattle as well as while washing their bodies.
Accidents occured due to fall from trees, while engaged in agricultural activities or while collecting or transporting various materials for soil fertility test.
