Applicants should belong to Backward Classes Category-1, 2A, 3A and widows should be given preference in selection in this scheme.
They should be belonging to Backward Classes Category-1, 2A, 3A and 3B, with an annual family income of Rs. 40,000/- for rural areas and Rs. 55,000/- for urban areas.
