• Those who have rendered distinguished service to literature and art.

Documents To Be Submitted

• Literary/artist should obtain the prescribed application form from the Assistant Director of Kannada and Culture Department of the concerned district, fill up the prescribed application form, attach a photograph and submit it to the Assistant Director.
