Tribal sub-schemes: Opportunities and financial assistance to scheduled tribe (ST) artists and institutions to showcase their talents.
Music Training: Students belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes will be trained in classical music, dance, instrumental music, gamaka arts in the hostels where they are studying or in hostels of the Social Welfare Department.
Funding for cultural accessories: Financial assistance will be provided to the artistes or organizations belonging to scheduled castes and tribes for the purchase of musical instruments, props, costumes and furniture as may be necessary for their artistic nourishment.
Funding for cultural festivals, seminars: The scheduled caste and scheduled tribe artistes will be given financial assistance for organizing programmes such as Kalamesha, Samsrutika Utsava, Seminars, etc. organized by registered associations.
