Under the M Udyog Direct Loan Yojana, the Scheduled Caste youth and women will be given Rs. 50,000/- as part of the unit cost for small economic activities such as fruit and vegetable, fish & meat sale, sheep/pig/rabbit rearing etc.
To start a profitable small scale industry/service unit/business in dairy farming, poultry farming, piggery, rabbit farming, fruit and vegetable, fish and meat sales and any other business..
Out of the unit cost, a subsidy of Rs. 25,000/- is provided and loan amount of Rs. 25,000/- will be borne by the Corporation.

An annual interest of 4% is being charged on the loan amount.

Should belong to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Classes

Eligibility

Applicants should belong to Scheduled Caste.
Applicants should be residing in Karnataka for at least last 15 years.
Age of applicant should be between 18 to 50 years.
None of the applicant’s family members should be on government jobs.
If the applicant/ dependent member of the family has previously received a benefit above Rs.1,00,000/- from the Corporation/Government, such beneficiary shall not be eligible for this benefit.
