Subsidy from the Corporation along with a bank loan facility for unemployed youth/women from the Scheduled Caste to start self-employment units such as three and four wheeler transport vehicle, small scale industry, service industry and trade units.
To start a small industry/service unit/business enterprise such as shoe shop, beauty parkour, soft drinks unit, grocery/stationery shop, dairy farming, poultry farming, pig farming, lawyer’s office, electrical shop, readymade garments, autorickshaw, goods carrier, passenger car, cement brick/brick manufacturing, and any other profitable business.
50% of the unit cost or a maximum of Rs. 2.00 lakh as subsidy, the rest will be a bank loan.

50% of the unit cost for goods transport vehicle purpose or a maximum of Rs. 3.50 lakhs in subsidy.

For Scheduled Caste unemployed youth/women

Eligibility

Applicants should belong to Scheduled Caste.
Applicants should be residing in Karnataka for at least last 15 years.
Age of applicant should be between 18 to 50 years.
None of the applicant’s family members should be on government jobs.
If the applicant/ dependent member of the family has previously received a benefit above Rs.1,00,000/- from the Corporation/Government, such beneficiary shall not be eligible for this benefit.
The applicant must have the necessary space to set up the unit.
Applicant’s family annual income should be within the limits of Rs. 1,50,000/- in case of rural areas and Rs. 2,00,000/- in urban areas.

Applicants for the purpose of vehicle should have permanent driving license.
Passenger vehicles must have a badge and submit a vehicle quotation.
Applicants for agricultural purpose should submit RTC of the land
