Financial Aid to provide housing facility to fishermen

Subsidy

• • Rs.3.00 lakhs relief fund for dependents of deceased fisherman and permanently disabled fisherman
  • Rs.1.00 Lakh relief fund for partially disabled.

Maximum of Rs.1.00 lakh relief for loss of fishing net/boat loss medical expenses

• Rs.6.00 lakhs Relief Fund for families of deceased fishermen who has met with death due to natural disasters while fishing in sea

Eligibility

If evidential documents are accepted in proposal department, under the presidency of Minister of Fisheries, relief amount will be released from the State Fishermen , disaster Relief Fund

Documents to be submitted

• Death incidence proforma
• Death certificate
• Police FIR
• Post Mortem Report
• Confirmation Letter from Cooperative Society, Applicant’s/Appealing person’s affidavit, Approval letter, Name of Deceased to be documented in PRIMS technology without fail
