Fund of Rs.2 lakhs has been allotted as maximum of Rs.5000/- for each to 40 women

Eligibility

• 50% subsidy for interest on loans taken from institutions/bank for various activities of the silk industry by women who are involved in sericulture. The scheme is applicable to women who have obtained loans from the financial institutions / banks for sericulture activities in the years of 2019-20 and 2020-21.

How to apply

Offline

Documents to be submitted

• Copy of passbook issued by technical service centre/ copy of reeling license
• Copy of loan sanctioned letter from bank for Sericulture activities
• Confirmation letter from the concerned bank authorities regarding the Repayment made/being paid of loans (principal and interest) within the stipulated time.
• Details of Annual Interest on Loan on prescribed form by the concerned bank authorities.
• Confirmation by woman of the purpose for which the loan was obtained and used for the same purpose
