Eligibility

• Only State Silk yarn reelers/Entrepreneurs are eligible to avail subsidy under the program
• Applicants (Silk Yarn Reelers / Entrepreneurs) can install the unit in shed constructed in their own land/property or in the land/shed obtained under lease / rental agreement (mandatory notary) for at least 5 years.
• Only one member of a family’s ration card is eligible to avail subsidy facility of the program. Such cases would not be considered if this privilege was previously granted to a family member.
• Specific quality pupae processing machinery should be obtained and installed from machine manufacturer / supplier duly recognised by the Central Silk Board.
• There should be facility of water and electricity required for the installation of the unit

• Documents of land/property
• Confirmation of other members of the family not receiving this privilege
