Eligibility

• Sericulturist should have the Mulberry plantation of minimum area as described above in their name and they should produce Pahani/ RTC of survey number(s) of the same
• Mounting Hall should be constructed as per the guidelines of the department
• Sericulturist should have silkworm rearing passbook/sericulture card
• Mounting Halls should be constructed as close as possible to silkworm rearing house
• Should apply for subsidy after construction of Mounting Hall in the prescribed format and should give written agreement on stamp paper of Rs.50/- to use the mounting hall for the same purpose

• Certified copy of Certificate from the competent authority for the construction of Mounting Hall
• Current Pahani /RTC with survey number(s) of the Mulberry plantation
• a certified copy of loan sanctioned letter, If availed loan from financial institutions for Mounting Hall(if applicable)
• Original copy of the approval letter for construction of Mounting Hall from Competent Authority
• Original copy of the sanctioned blueprint for the construction of the Mounting Hall
• Estimate of Mounting Hall (cost estimate list)
• Details of being a registered Sericulturist
• Caste certificate
• Details of Sericultural crop in the model of article 16
• Agreement on stamp paper of Rs.50/-
• Inspection by Sericulture Extension Officer of Technical Service Centre/
  Verification and recommendation of the Assistant Director of Sericulture/Verification and Recommendation of Deputy Directors of Sericulture
