‘Per Drop, More Crop’ (Irrigation) program under centrally – Sponsored Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana

Benefits

• As per the guidelines of Government of India for every farming family who have installed Drip irrigation Subsidy of 50% for first 2 Hectares and 45% for above 2 hectares and upto 3 hectares(Total of maximum 5 hectares) is provided

To whom?

Beneficiaries should be sericulturist, and land should be in their name. If it is a joint account, the consent letter of the other account holder should be obtained.

Eligibility

• If account is in the name of woman, woman account holder only has to apply. (Not valid for any reason if applied in the name of other members of the family).
• Beneficiaries are sericulturist who should be interested in sericulture and should continue sericulture after adopting drip irrigation.
• Beneficiaries should have source of water and water that is suitable for irrigation. Along with that, there should be electricity and other required source of energy to operate drip irrigation units.

Documents to be submitted

• Sericulturist are required to register with the Farmers Registration and Unified Beneficiary Information System (FRUITS) software for subsidizing drip irrigation. EIA number should be mentioned in the application.
• Applicants should get registered by submitting their application in the prescribed format to the Sericulture Extension Office of the Technical Service Center.
• Personal details and Mobile number
• Pahani and crop certificate if crop is not mentioned in the Pahani
• Cheque Bandi should be obtained from Revenue Department. Concerned officers should ensure regarding this through Dishanth application.
• Details of the water source (Consent to obtain water from others if there is no water source of their own)
• The availability of water / electricity or other sources of energy should be ensured by the concerned authorities.
• Submission of Soil and Water Analysis Certificate(From Government Owned / Recognized Institutions)
• Copy of Aadhar card
